Lecture: “Responding to Gendered Violence in Society, Law and on College Campuses: From 1991 to Today” by Anita Hill
Public lecture in Chenery Auditorium, 714 South Westnedge Avenue, April 13 at 7 p.m.
All tickets for the lecture have been distributed. A line will be formed in the lobby beginning at 6:30 for those without tickets who still wish to attend. These people will be seated in any unclaimed seats beginning at 6:50 p.m.

In the fall of 1991, a young law professor found herself at the center of a media storm of almost unprecedented proportions. Burdened with information that could determine the future of a Supreme Court nomination, Professor Hill’s experience changed the way we view sexual harassment, gender and the judicial confirmation process.

This week’s Mix it Up will be a thesis workshop, which will cover all the logistical aspects that will prepare you to successfully complete your thesis. This event is highly recommended for juniors and seniors. Associate Dean Jane Baas will discuss the thesis process and answer your questions. Refreshments will be provided.
