Western Student Association:
With a recent update to the Student Sustainability Grant Allocations handbook, Lee Honors College has been granted a permanent seat for a student representative to serve on the Campus Sustainability Committee for the
Western Student Association. Nominations are now being accepted for this year’s committee, which convenes twice a year to allocate funding for sustainable campus proposals. To nominate yourself or another motivated honors student for the honors college  seat, or any other academic college seat, email Logan Brown at WSA-Sustainability@wmich.edu.

Research Opportunity:
The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), one of the largest institutes at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), is looking for science students with a passion to improve global health in the 21st century for its Intramural NIAID Research Opportunities (INRO) program, held February 6 to 9, 2017, in Bethesda, Maryland.
