The Lee Honors College Peer Student Success Team (PSST)
The Lee Honors College Peer Student Success Team (PSST) provides academic and social support to incoming honors students. Team mentors help identify and address the concerns of new students. The program’s goals are to offer students a resource for campus and city information, to promote civic engagement, and to facilitate community building among honors students. All honors freshmen are paired with a PSST mentor during the summer before they arrive at campus.
Mentors also coordinate and staff Thursday night Mix-It-Up programs, interact with prospective honors students at a variety of recruitment events, and organize community volunteer opportunities on a monthly basis.

Point O’Pines Camp for Girls
Point O’Pines Camp for Girls in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York is seeking energetic, caring people who enjoy working with children. Opportunities are available in their Team Sports, Waterfront, Arts and Crafts, Dance, Drama, Gymnastics, Photo, Video and Outdoor Recreation Departments for the 2017 summer season. They hire over 150 staff from all over the world to work with 300 campers.
The Camp pays for round trip airfare, room, board and salary for the summer. Many of the college students hired use their experience at Point O’Pines to satisfy internship requirements or to gain experience in their field of study. This is the ideal place for students considering a career in teaching.
